1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TinyBrave website at tinybrave.com and your purchase of any products or services offered by Agape R&D Pty Ltd (ABN 88638514262), trading as TinyBrave, PO Box 68, Bundaberg QLD 4670, Australia (referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "TinyBrave").

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

TinyBrave offers the following:

  • Digital products, including recorded workshops and courses (such as Introduction to Egregores), available for immediate download or streaming access upon purchase.

  • Live 1:1 sessions, offered as single sessions or packages, booked through Acuity Scheduling.

  • Tiny Group Calls and Programs, offered as live group sessions.

  • Free resources, including recorded interviews and other educational content available on our website.

Product and service descriptions are provided on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any offering at any time.

3. PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed to in writing. We use third-party payment processors; by completing a purchase, you also agree to that processor's terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ACCESS AND USE

Upon successful payment for a digital product, you will receive access to the purchased content. This access is granted for your personal use only and is non-transferable.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or publicly display any digital product content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium, without our prior written consent. You may not use our content to teach or facilitate others, whether in a group setting or privately.

We take reasonable steps to ensure digital products are accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary technical issues outside our control.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products, tiny courses, recorded workshops, Tiny Group Calls, or 1:1 sessions.

We encourage you to take your time before purchasing and to consult your own discernment and judgment before making a decision. If you have questions about whether a product or service is right for you, please contact us at support@tinybrave.com before purchasing.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Tiny Group Calls: No cancellations or refunds are available once you have enrolled in a Tiny Group Call. If you are unable to attend, a recording may be made available at our discretion.

1:1 Sessions: Cancellation and rescheduling terms for 1:1 sessions are set out in the Service Agreement provided through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling) at the time of booking. Those terms form part of your agreement with us.

7. SERVICE AGREEMENT, LIVE CALLS, PROGRAMS AND 1:1 SESSIONS

When you sign up for live calls, programs, and 1:1 sessions, the following additional terms apply.

(a) Nature of the work. You acknowledge that decontamination work may help to dissolve old patterns that can have physical, mental, emotional, and energetic (etheric) aspects, and that this process can sometimes feel intense. You acknowledge that you may find aspects of the work challenging as patterns shift, and that engaging with this work requires personal ownership and accountability. By participating, you confirm that you are an adult who is willing to take responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings, and reactions throughout the process.

(b) Not professional advice. Belinda Noakes is not a medical doctor, psychologist, lawyer, marriage counsellor, or financial advisor. Nothing shared during any session, via email, or through any other medium constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any information or guidance provided is personal opinion and intuitive guidance only.

(c) No guaranteed outcomes. You acknowledge that the tools and processes used are only one potential factor in any area of your life, and that the work may have no impact on your physical or psychological health or any other area of your life. You are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other specialised matters.

(d) Recording. We may record voice and image during group programs, community calls, and events you attend (other than private 1:1 sessions). We will seek your written consent before using your name, image, or voice recordings in any products, sales, or marketing materials.

(e) Confidentiality of content. All content shared in sessions, calls, programs, and events, including materials, methods, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and related content, is for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, share, or teach this material to others in any format, public or private.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on tinybrave.com, including written content, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, images, and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to Agape R&D Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. Sharing links to our free public content is welcome; reproducing or reposting the content itself is not.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all implied warranties except those which cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the services, information, and support provided by TinyBrave and Belinda Noakes, you agree to hold harmless Agape R&D Pty Ltd, Belinda Noakes, and any related entities from any and all liability arising from those services, information, or support, and you release and waive all claims for damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. WEBSITE USE

By accessing tinybrave.com, you agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use our website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We do not tolerate doxing, cyberbullying, or other forms of information abuse in connection with our website or community. Where we become aware of such conduct, we will take appropriate action including removal of content and restriction of access.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, at our discretion.
