Introduction to Egregores
Introduction to Egregores
An 80 min workshop to help you unplug from the egregores that power your stickiest patterns, so you can build something beautiful that actually feels like yours.
You've done ALL the work.
Decades of it.
Therapy sessions, practitioner trainings, retreats, online courses, self help books, breathwork, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, energy healing, journaling, angel cards, gratitude meditations and that consult with the barefoot “spirit doctor” in India who may or may not have been trying to scam you.
You've catalogued your patterns so thoroughly you could draw a map of them.
And yet…
a pattern keeps running.
There’s something underneath your awareness, underneath your understanding, underneath all the work you've done. Something that feels a bit like you, but isn't quite you. Something that has weight and presence and, if you're honest, almost feels like it has its own agenda.
You're not imagining it.
What you're sensing is most likely an egregore, and you've probably been plugged into it for longer than you know.
Dear human,
They form when groups of people think similar thoughts, feel similar feelings, and focus their attention in similar directions over time. When there's enough intensity and repetition, those thought forms gather power and become beings.
Not physical beings, but etheric - cold and metallic and buzzy, with a kind of sentience and volition that, if you're sensitive enough, you can actually feel.
They're parasitic in nature. They feed on the energy of the people plugged into them.
And you get plugged in through your family line - via your epigenetic coding - before you even have a choice about it.
The family where one or both parents drink heavily forms an egregore of alcoholism. If it's intergenerational, that egregore is bigger and older and more powerful. It could be plugged into a cultural egregore that’s also plugged into a global one.
The patterns you've been working so hard to shift aren't just yours. They're being actively maintained by something with a lot more power than a single nervous system.
This is not to scare you. It’s actually good news, because once you can name it, locate it, and form an intention to unplug, everything changes.
Egregores are collective thought form entities.
We start with a grounding exercise - Diamond Anchoring - where you turn yourself into an antenna for the body of the Earth. This is the container that makes the rest of the work possible.
Then we get into the theory: what egregores actually are, how they form, how they operate, and how you can start to recognise them in your own life. Including the epigenetics piece, because understanding how family patterns get passed down through your DNA is what makes the egregore concept go from interesting idea to “OH. That's what's been happening."
I'll tell you a story from my own life about the egregore of Microsoft, and what happened after I recognised it. That story made egregores viscerally real for me in a way that theory never could. It'll probably do something similar for you.
Then we move to exercises. You'll inventory your own egregores - just a short reflection, not detailed analysis. You'll pick one to work with. We'll do the decontamination and unplugging work together. And then we'll anchor you into what's possible beyond the egregore.
Because the point isn't just to unplug. The point is to start feeling what life is like when that thing isn't running in the background.
Here’s what this workshop covers:
This is for you if you’ve:
done years of inner work and something still feels stuck underneath all of it - something you can't quite name or locate, but you can feel it running.
walked into a room and known something was off before anyone said a word. You've felt other people's emotions in your own body and spent years wondering if that was normal. You've sensed things in your family line that nobody else in your family seems to notice or want to talk about.
been the one in your family who sees things differently, feels things more deeply, and has probably been told at some point that you're too much, too sensitive, too intense. You’re the black sheep, even if you've learned to live with it.
had a strong sense that you're here for some specific purpose and mission, sitting right next to a persistent frustration that you're not quite living it yet. And you've wondered, more than once, whether you actually have the power to get there.
already tried a lot of things, and something in your gut is telling you that what's been running underneath all of it isn't just a pattern. It's something with more structure than that. Something that's been there longer than you have.
This is not for you if:
You're in crisis right now, or having a low mood week or month. Egregores can hold a lot of energy, and approaching this work from a place of overwhelm isn't going to serve you. Come back when you're feeling strong enough to bring some lightness to it.
You're looking for another framework to analyse yourself with. This is experiential work. You're not going to leave with more awareness of your patterns. You'll leave with less of whatever was running them.
The nervous system starts moving toward regulation under stress, rather than escalation .
Things that used to feel heavy: the big tax return, the difficult conversation, that thing you've been avoiding for months, start feeling neutral.
You feel more connected to your Greater Self and able to sense energy more clearly, while actually staying present in your body.
The gap between your sense of mission and your actual life starts to close, not because you figured something out, but because something that was in the way got cleaned up.
As one person who's done this work put it:
"Instead of my nervous system escalating when stress arrives, it is going the other way. It is grounding, slowing, looking at the situation with a sober eye. The NS has survived death and disappointment, thrills and abandonment, long incremental work and sudden changes, now perhaps resiliency is returning. Deep breath."
What changes:
What people say.
“Why would you not be curious about your own life? To see the patterns repeating, to recognise the push and pull, the flow and restriction, is not only fascinating but potentially life changing. And to understand that you can actually start to shift all of this is so empowering and hopeful: to slowly move from the position of a victim suffering this human existence to an active player in this game of your own life offers a sense of meaning and purpose and most of all, fun! Belinda takes you slowly, carefully along a path, not constrained by rigid methods and modalities to support you as you explore what is really going on in this thing called life.”
“Allow your curious mind to unlock long held chains with Belinda. She shows you the way with a deep kindness and personal understanding. I did and can already feel a new level of presence.”
“A must listen for detaching from what is holding you back and allowing a new empowering presence in.”
“This is a wonderful workshop that makes so much sense of patterns that you may not have been able to grasp before. If you have felt a bit powerless in the face of patterns that can sometimes feel bigger than you, this gives you the answer you have been looking for. For me during the workshop I got access to a “free’d up” version of me and it felt so good. I can feel how beneficial that will be for me and my family.”
About Belinda
I spent 20 years as the dream client, trying everything, including working my way up to senior practitioner and mentor in the Compassion Key system before walking away in July 2025. The breakthrough didn't come from trying harder. It came from listening to my body more, unplugging from egregores and working with the Milky Way.
I couldn't figure out why most tools work for some people but not everyone. That question drove me to develop something new: a decontamination approach where your own Greater Self does the work, clearing patterns from every layer of your body simultaneously: physical, mental, emotional, etheric, ancestral, karmic. Change sticks because it happens in the body, not just in concept.
I am the case study. My story is the methodology.
80-minute recorded workshop with exercises and a worksheet for USD$44.
Until Wed 9th September, includes bonus live group decontamination + Q&A call.
