The Human Workshop

The Human Workshop

Unplug from the egregore of AI so you can recalibrate with what makes you human and be heard above the noise. An 80 min recorded workshop for hyper-sensitive practitioners who need to use AI-powered software for their work.

If you're even interested in this topic, you're the kind of person who senses things most other people don't.

You've probably felt at some point like you were being attacked or overwhelmed by something in this reality that you couldn't see.

And you may have concluded that you didn't have much power to respond.

But the truth is the opposite.

Yes, your sensitivity does make you more vulnerable to stressful circumstances. But it also means you rebound and thrive faster in positive conditions than most other people do.

And that means when you know how to respond to AI, you can leap forward.

But first. What are we actually dealing with?

I asked Grok to define itself, and it gave me this.

Large language models use a statistical model of language. Humans wrote billions of words. Engineers trained a system to notice which words tend to follow which other words in different contexts. When you ask it something, it calculates a probable continuation of that text. The results can be useful, or fluent, or surprising. But the process itself is pattern prediction. Not thought or awareness.

Pattern prediction only looks impressive if we use a very narrow definition of intelligence.

And it pales in comparison to the brilliance of your Greater Self.

It's a weird contrast to even talk about big tech, particularly the AI LLMs, and stay in your body. Because it's almost as if they want you to leave. As if they're designed to pull your awareness up and out of your body, into your head.

Many of us have been letting technology do that for years, without realising it.

Here's what a lot of practitioners are actually living with now, but not saying out loud.

The background anxiety that's just there, running underneath everything, every time you open a new tab or click through another Terms of Service pop-up without reading it.

The subtle bracing. The vigilance that never quite switches off.

The sense that something has shifted in how you speak about your work. That it’s hard to write in depth the way you used to. That something in the signal is getting lost.

The frustration of watching people around you enthusiastically surrender their ability to think, discern, and make decisions, and not knowing how to hold your own ground without exhausting yourself doing it.

And underneath all of it, the thing nobody's saying out loud: the fear that some AI content feels like something's trying to enter your mind or body.

Your system senses danger it cannot quite articulate or name.

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone in feeling it.

I know this territory.

I worked for Microsoft from 2000 to 2010 in Australia, Singapore, and London.

Then I had extreme burnout and nearly died. I was in recovery for almost 14 years.

I went down some very deep rabbit holes, exploring why my brain and my body were so affected for such a long time after I left.

I've been waiting to talk about it, because I didn't feel ready.

Now I am.

What we covered in the workshop

The HUMAN workshop was designed to give you a felt-sense understanding of what you're actually interacting with when you use AI, and a practical process for decontaminating what makes it possible for technology to hook into you.

Here's some of what we worked through together:

The Grok definition and what it actually means for sensitive people.
Pattern prediction, not thought or awareness - understanding this changes how you relate to the systems.

The sensitivity reframe.
Your sensitivity is not a liability in an AI-saturated world. It's your greatest asset, if you know how to use it.

Intention setting.
Where does the spark of your intention for relating to technology live in your body? We found it, anchored it, and worked from there.

Atlantis decontamination.
We decontaminated Atlantis patterning, both sides of the dynamic. The abuse of technology, and the abuse from and by technology. Those who abused the technology, and those who were abused by it. And we unwound the “never again” vow from Atlantis.

Legal spells and contract magic.
We undid the hidden agreements embedded in Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreements.

Unplugging from the egregore and off-planet AI.
We unplugged from the collective thought form entity of the current generation of AI systems, and from any other AI that predates this lifetime on this planet.

Decontaminating the silver cord.
We cleaned the connection between your human body and your Greater Self.

Mind-body integration.
How you're relating to your body when you're using technology. We closed by inviting the version of you who already embodies your intention, and asked what tinybrave move they recommend to integrate the work.

What people experienced in the room

“I felt the hook in my spine and between my hips. When I unplugged, I could feel the release and a freedom I hadn’t had in a long time. I could actually breathe. By the time the workshop was over I felt so light and more relaxed than I could remember. Last night was the first night in over 8 years that I was actually relaxed when I went to bed and stayed relaxed all night.”

— WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT

“I was fascinated and informed by the first part. Clearly, you are wrenching your sovereignty home to yourself, as the original thinking and deductions were clear. Decontamination works!”

— WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT

"During the decontamination I felt it being pulled from my upper spine and head and heart. My body was moving, twisting. I felt a metallic energy leaving, especially during the Atlantis and off world part. I had no idea this was hidden in me. VERY, VERY WORTHWHILE."

— Workshop participant

“When you called to decontaminate the silver cords, which I have only very little knowledge of, I had a flash image of a person/authority figure in my life parasitically attached to my silver cord, then my cord was decontaminated, and that person was gone. This person has haunted me for years. THANK YOU! I wouldn’t have gotten that on my own.”

— WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT

“Thank you for opening up the topic so wide that many aspects came through & were immediately available for knowledge & healing.”

This workshop is for you if:

You're a hyper-sensitive practitioner who uses technology to run your business and you've noticed something has shifted in how you show up online.

You've felt the pull of screens, the vigilance-as-baseline, the sense that your voice or your signal is getting diluted somewhere between your body and the keyboard.

You trust your gut more than you trust a diagnosis and you have a healthy disrespect for authority.

You're not looking to abandon technology. You want a completely different relationship with it.

The workshop is not for
you if:

You're looking for a tech tutorial or productivity hacks.

You're not open to the idea that technology can hook into your energy field.

You want someone to tell you “AI is completely fine, don't worry about it”.

USD$50. Yours to keep and return to whenever you need it.

Meet Belinda

I spent 20 years as the “dream client”.

I tried A LOT of things and have multiple advanced practitioner certifications.

After 10 years at Microsoft that almost killed me, with trauma patterns that resisted every modality I tried, I couldn't figure out why most tools work for some people but not everyone.

That question drove me to develop something new: a decontamination and restoration approach where your own Greater Self does the work, cleaning patterns from every layer of your body simultaneously: physical, mental, emotional, etheric, ancestral, karmic. Change sticks because it happens in the body, not just in concept.

The HUMAN workshop is where I finally started talking about what I've been working through since I left the corporate machine. I hope it gives you what you came for.

I am the case study. My story is the methodology.

Build something beautiful, one tinybrave step at a time.
