The Human Reset
The Human Reset
Reset your relationship with technology, so your greater self stays in charge.
A 5-week recorded program for ultra-sensitive practitioners who sense things behind the tech that most people don't notice.
If you're even interested in this topic, then you’re the kind of person who senses things that most other people don’t.
You've probably felt at some point like you were being attacked or overwhelmed by something in this reality that you couldn't see.
You might have concluded that you did not have a lot of power to respond.
But the truth is the opposite of that.
Your sensitivity does make you more vulnerable to stressful circumstances. But it also means that you rebound and thrive faster in positive conditions than less sensitive humans do.
So that means when we know how to respond to technology, it’s the most sensitive humans that can leap forward faster.
We live in a world now saturated with AI. It’s embedded in almost all the cloud software you use to run your professional practice online.
But exactly what are we dealing with? Here’s what Grok told me about itself.
Large Language Models use a statistical model of language. Humans wrote billions of words. Engineers trained a system to notice which words tend to follow which other words in different contexts. When you ask an AI something, it calculates a probable continuation of that text. The results can be useful, or fluent, or surprising. But the process itself is pattern prediction, not thought or awareness.
Pattern prediction only looks impressive if we use a very narrow definition of “intelligence”. And it pales in comparison to the brilliance of your Greater Self.
It's a weird contrast to even talk about big tech, particularly the AI LLMs, and stay in your body. Because it’s almost as if they want you to leave… as if they’re designed to pull your awareness up and out of your body, into your head.
And most of us have been letting technology pull us into our heads for years, without realising it.
Because here's what a lot of practitioners are actually living with right now but not acknowledging.
The background anxiety that's just there, running underneath everything, every time you open a new tab or click through another Terms of Service pop-up without reading it. The subtle bracing. The vigilance that never quite switches off.
The worry that you're being slowly seduced and you won't notice until it's too late.
The sense that something has shifted in how you speak about your work. That you can't write in depth the way you used to. That something in the signal is getting lost.
The frustration of watching people around you enthusiastically surrender their ability to think, discern, and make decisions, and not knowing how to hold your own ground without exhausting yourself doing it.
And underneath all of it, the thing nobody’s saying out loud: the fear that some AI content feels like something’s trying to enter your mind or body.
Your system senses danger it cannot quite articulate or name. You sense that the danger lies in distraction, but the seductive pull persists.
You're not imagining it. And you're not alone in feeling it.
I know this territory, because I worked for Microsoft from 2000 to 2010 in Australia, Singapore, and London.
Then I had extreme burnout and nearly died. I was in recovery for about 13 years.
I went down some very deep rabbit holes, exploring why my brain and my body were so affected for such a long time after I left the company.
I’ve waited a long time to talk about it, because I didn't feel ready. Now I am.
That's the experience behind this program. And it's why I know the work has to go way deeper than a digital detox or a smarter prompt.
The question isn't whether you use AI and social media or not. It's whether you can use technology deliberately, for specific things, without putting it in charge of your voice and without using it to replace your creativity.
AND whether you can use it without getting sucked into the screen head-first, while staying connected to your body and your physical reality.
That's a completely different relationship with it than a lot of practitioners currently have.
Getting there requires decontaminating what makes it possible for technology to hook into you, while staying connected to how interacting with different systems actually feels inside your body.
If you’re like me, you don’t want to avoid AI completely. But you want to live free from the sneaky fear of it.
You want to be able to navigate an AI-saturated world without constantly being on guard. To hold your centre without the bracing and the effort. To have a reliable internal signal and a felt sense of discernment, rather than a set of rules to follow.
That's what the HUMAN Intensive builds. It restores the intelligence your body already has - the knowing that lives below the neck.
Then when you speak and when you write, the language, the intention, the message - it all comes from lower down in your torso.
Your message may come through your throat, but that's not where it originates. It originates from your centre, below the navel.
Your audience feel the difference. So do you.
"There's a part of me that feels I have lost a part of my brain to AI and social media. Like I can't just speak in-depth about my work in a regulated and wisdom infused way, the way I used to. Which is a really weird feeling.”

What’s in the way
The contract magic piece really matters and it's not something many practitioners have addressed yet.
Ten years after I left Microsoft I uncovered what I'm calling a “legal spell” woven into my employment contract. The effect of it was to prevent me from earning money outside of the control system. And a spell like that binds, until you recognise it.
The Terms of Service you've agreed to, the End User License Agreements, the pop-ups you clicked through in the middle of a process because you couldn't complete what you were doing without agreeing to something, those are not neutral documents. What hides in the fine print is wild.
And it doesn't stop at the legal agreements. Some of what's running in your field goes way further back than this lifetime and way beyond this planet. Karmic vows made around technology and power. Past life experiences of technology being used to enslave or silence. A persecution history relating to voice that your body is still carrying and bracing against, even now.
Your body knows. That freeze response when you even think about technology? That's useful information. Addressing this happens in week 2 of the HUMAN Intensive.
But the thread that runs through the entire program is distraction from your human experience. And the remedy is devotion to the details of your daily life.
OpenAI and Anthropic are both scrambling to get their IPOs completed before the AI bubble deflates. In terms of our collective relationship to technology, this feels like an inflection point for Earth and all humanity.
I’m not pretending that we can stop runaway development of big tech by doing energy work as a small group. (And I’m not actually sure we should try to stop it.)
But what we can do is keep treating the reactions in ourselves as valuable information. Keep decontaminating everything in our fields that gets triggered by the pushback and the friction.
It’s time for people like us to use technology as a personal trainer. To increase strength through every challenge. And learn to use these systems to help us build the world we want to live in.
That's what the HUMAN Reset is designed for.
Why now?
What the Reset does
Over 5 weeks of recorded workshops we move through this sequence, because the sequence matters.
Week 1: Welcome, Belonging and Safety
We start with an “intro” decontamination covering AI, social media, cellular networks, the electrical grid, and your phone - the device you'll use as a focal point and measuring stick across all five weeks. We decontaminate patterns triggering fear of technology - surveillance, enslavement, Atlantis trauma. You'll do a contrast exercise that gives you a somatic baseline for your relationship with technology, and connect with your future self to identify the one tiny brave move that anchors your first week. After this week, you won’t look at your phone the same way again (and you might even stop doomscrolling altogether).
Week 2: The Underworld
A deep dive into egregores as a form of technology used to entrain mass populations with “hive mind” thought systems. As a case study, we unplug from the egregore of Facebook. A sweep through your karmic record and ancestral lines, specifically for persecution patterns around silencing your voice.
Week 3: Restore your Natural Wisdom System
You have more than one brain. For women, there are four: head brain, heart brain, gut brain, and womb brain. What AI dependency does is collapse all of that intelligence upward into the head and keep it locked there. Week 3 decontaminates and reconnects the full multi-brain wisdom system so that all of your centres communicate and work as a team again.
Week 4: Restore Natural Expression
Reconnect with your soul’s signature, your sacred mission, your purpose for being here. And then integrate with the version of you who has already reclaimed her natural expression.
Week 5: Embody and Transmit
Play with what it feels like when it's working. Revisit your original intention and anchor it into your body again, noticing what’s changed since Week 1. Celebrate what we’ve restored. Identify the tinybrave move that helps you return to centre, whenever you need to. Publish something using your natural voice and watch how people notice the difference, even when they can’t name it.
You've been using AI and social media for your business and you feel like something hooks into you, causing it to be more draining than helpful.
You're a practitioner, a coach, or a creative and you've noticed that it’s hard to write in depth about your work the way you used to. Something has shifted and you don't quite know why.
You often experience what I call “tech shitfuckery” - Stripe blocking you, Zoom throwing tantrums at the worst possible moment, PayPal behaving strangely, social media shadow-bans, log-in problems, devices going blank, systems that just say no without a clear reason.
You have decades of inner work behind you. You can feel the difference between something that’s part of your original blueprint and something that's coming from outside your field.
You don’t want to avoid technology completely. You want to navigate it with less stress, and without losing yourself to the machine.

Meet Belinda
I spent 20 years as the “dream client”.
I’ve tried A LOT of modalities, and have multiple advanced practitioner certifications. But in the end, the breakthrough didn't come from trying harder. It came from listening to my body more, unplugging from egregores and working with the Milky Way (yes… you read that correctly).
After 10 years working at Microsoft (which almost killed me), with trauma patterns that resisted every modality I tried, I couldn't figure out why most tools work for some people but not everyone.
That question drove me to develop something new: a decontamination and restoration approach where your own Greater Self drives the work, cleaning patterns from every layer of your body simultaneously: physical, mental, emotional, etheric, ancestral, karmic. Change sticks because it happens in the body, not just in your head.
